Deadpool fans are on high alert as Ryan Reynolds revealed he visited the Marvel Studios office. For months, fans are waiting for Marvel Studios to announce that they are rolling out the red carpet for Deadpool to enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Several reports have been suggesting that Merc with a Foul Mouth could either join the MCU through Thor: Love and Thunder or could debut with Spider-Man in Spider-Man 3. While these rumours have fans on their toes, Reynolds added fuel to the speculations by sharing the picture from the production house.

Although the actor did not reveal the discussion he had with Marvel, Reynolds teased the possibilities of Deadpool entering MCU with some help from Tony Stark. Reynolds shared the picture with the caption trolling that he auditioned for Anthony Stark but got rejected by the studio.

"Auditioned for the role of “Anthony Stark”. Didn’t come even remotely close, but the nice man with the taser escorted me to the ground," he wrote. Check out the post below:

Soon after the internet blew up the internet, Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld took to the comments section and trolled the actor. He wrote, "Oh man, so they cancelled you in person huh? Made you fly all that way! So sad!" Meanwhile, Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick spoke to Entertainment Weekly and revealed that the actor and Marvel are keen on sustaining the R-Rated tag, even if it's under the Disney banner.

“Marvel has promised to continue to let us play in the R-rated Deadpool universe, and the hope is that they will also let us veer into the MCU a little bit as well and play in that sandbox. Our feeling and Ryan’s feeling is that it’s got to be the right idea, it’s got to be great… I think once we collectively agree what idea that great idea is we’ll be off to the races. Ryan’s super-busy, we’ve got a lot of projects lined up, but we wake up thinking about Deadpool, and we go to sleep thinking about Deadpool," Wernick said.
