Robert Pattinson of Twilight series fame has been officially cast as Batman, much to the excitement of his fans. The actor will also be seen in the upcoming movie Tenet which has been produced by Christopher Nolan.
Hollywood actor Robert Pattinson is well known for his role as the vampire Edward Cullen in the popular Twiligh series. The actor also happens to have a huge fan base all around the world. Recently, Robert has been officially cast as the new Batman, much to the excitement of his fans. It has been confirmed by the Warner Brothers who declared on Friday about the deal that they have signed with Robert regarding the same.
It has already been revealed by director Matt Reeves in an earlier interview that the upcoming Batman movie is going to be different from the other movies and we can now surely guess what was he talking about. Moreover, the casting of a much younger actor in the role of Batman has also taken everyone by surprise. According to certain reports, the upcoming Batman movie will be tracking the formative stages of Bruce Wayne because of which the production needed a younger actor. However, the Warner Brothers are still to make an official announcement regarding the same. For now, we can just say the offically the new Batman happens to be Robert Pattinson. As per various speculations, production of the movie will also be starting very soon.
On the work front, Robert Pattinson will also be seen in the upcoming spy thriller movie Tenet which has been produced by Christopher Nolan. The movie features John David Washington in the lead role while Robert Pattinson, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine and others also play signficant roles in the movie. The movie is scheduled to be released on July 17, 2020.
