Robert Pattinson, Christopher Nolan arrive in Mumbai to kick start 10 day schedule of Tenet
Christopher Nolan and Robert Pattinson are in Mumbai to shoot their next film Tenet which also stars Dimple Kapadia. The shooting is set to take place in South Mumbai's Colaba Causeway.
After much buzz, award-winning director Christopher Nolan is finally in Mumbai. The Dunkirk director landed in Mumbai in the wee hours of 14 September and joining Nolan was none other than Twilight star Robert Pattinson. The actor and director managed to miss the prying eyes of the paparazzi but were spotted by fans who clicked selfies with the actor. Nolan and Pattinson are in Mumbai to shoot their next film Tenet which also stars Dimple Kapadia. The shooting is set to take place in South Mumbai's Colaba Causeway.
Pinkvilla had exclusively revealed last month that a portion of the Causeway market will be closed down for a day. The director and his team are expected to film in the bustling market space sometime between 8 AM and 2 PM. "A film shoot is scheduled to take place. We've been told that it is set to take place in the first half of the day," a source told Pinkvilla. We also spotted an Indian team from the movie prepping the street for the shoot last month. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the Mumbai schedule will be 10 days long.
At the airport, Pattinson was spotted wearing a green T-shirt, a casual jacket, a pair of sunglasses and a cap. An enthusiastic fan managed to spot the star and click a selfie with him. Meanwhile, Nolan was spotted in an all black attire as he made his way through the airport. Check out their photo:
The film titled Tenet, has already finished shooting a portion in Estonia where Dimple was spotted a few months ago. As for the film's script, Nolan has kept it under tight wraps and the brief synopsis describes Tenet as “an action epic evolving from the world of international espionage.”
