Despite the split rumours, Cole and Lili were all smiles over the weekend as they attended the San Diego Comic-Con and seemed perfectly cordial with each other.
Riverdale stars Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart aka the real life Betty and Jughead have broken up after being together for nearly two years together. The international media widely reported on Tuesday that the break up has indeed happened after Cole was overheard telling a close pal at the Entertainment Weekly Comic-Con party in San Diego on Saturday that the couple are no longer together. Despite the split rumours, Cole and Lili were all smiles over the weekend as they attended the San Diego Comic-Con and seemed perfectly cordial with each other.
Taking to Instagram, Lili also shared a picture from the event which featured Cole and her co-star KJ Apa. The cast came together to discuss Riverdale which was renewed for a fourth season and is currently in production. A source tells E! News that the actors are "not living together this season" and may have split a little earlier than reported.
The source added, "Right now it's unclear where things stand. But it seems they could be heading back in the direction of getting together." Various reports of the couple's current relationship status continues to emerge. The Us Weekly reported that Cole and Lili were spotted keeping their distance from each other at the Entertainment Weekly Comic-Con party in San Diego on Saturday.
