Rihanna is throwing a rather odd question at her fans, in a quirky way the singer says, what is her name? The Grammy winner, who is currently expanding her beauty business line Fenty, is now clearly wanting to tell each and everyone around how to pronounce her name correctly, now that they have been pronouncing it the wrong way for this whole time. A lot of people, called the singer as "Re-Ah-Na" in the past decade, which should have been called as "Re-Anna." Rihanna personally said in a confirmation video for Vogue, where she introduced herself to her viewers. Towards the end of the video, a user on social media posted saying that they were saying Rihanna's name wrong for like a long time.
In a debate like situation, a lot of Twitter highlighted the fact that only the Americans pronounce it as "Re-Ah-Na." While Twitter buff added, that the British were rightly calling her name since day one. A Twitter user gladly thanked Rihanna for how she herself pronounced the name. She further thanked Rihanna for speaking the name, since her daughter's name was Brianna, but everyone mispronounced it as Brionna.
It turns out that, Rihanna personally checked whether her name's pronunciation during an interview with reporter AJ Hammer was correctly said. During the conversation, the singer said it was "Re-Anna." Well, we can safely say that we all now understood how to get the name right. It was a closed matter now for one and all. Over the bygone years, Rihanna has put out two no. 1 album, was a winner of five Grammy Awards, did six movies, was awarded by none other than, Harvard, fell madly in love with a billionaire, launched Fenty, which is highly successful, and made history as the first dark woman to head a maison for one of the world's largest luxury group, which is LVMH, this is highly remarkable. Throughout her journey she's never lost her temper at anyone, but the world was clearly made a huge mistake in her name's pronunciation.
