Princess Diana's brother is selling copies of eulogy he read for Princess of Wales at an UNBELIEVABLE price
Princess Diana's brother Lord Spencer is selling the copies of the eulogy he read at her funeral in 1997. The copies are available at at the gift shop of Althorp House in Northamptonshire and online.
It has been 22 years since Princess Diana passed away. The British royal family member died in a tragic car accident in Paris which took place in 1997. Diana's funeral was witnessed by millions all across the world. Her brother, Lord Spencer, delivered a moving eulogy for Princess of Wales at Westminster Abbey on September 6, 1997. Two decades later, Spencer is now selling the copies of his eulogy. The blue bound book features the complete testimonial he delivered at the funeral.
The Sun reports that Spencer is selling a copy of his eulogy at £30, which translates to an approximate of Rs 2,600 INR. That's not all, if you ask him, he will sign it as well. The UK based publication reports that the copy is titled “Earl Spencer’s Tribute to Diana, Princess of Wales” and it comes in a case which is decorated with a ribbon.
One can get their hands on the copy at the gift shop of Althorp House in Northamptonshire. On a few days, you could get lucky and buy the copy from a booth set up by Lord Charles Spencer.
A visitor told Fabulous Digital that Spencer signs the copy everyday. "He walks over from the house and they only advertise on the day he’s going to do it. He usually spends 15 minutes meeting people. He does it most days according to staff. There was about 50 or 60 people in the queue, probably more. He was quite nice with people, pleasant and thanked them for coming," the visitor revealed.
The book is available online as well. One can place the order on the Althorp website. The book is described as “bound and boxed” and “exclusive to Althorp”.
