Prince Harry and Meghan Markle surprised their biggest fan on her birthday with this endearing gesture. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made sure to make the special day of their fan extra special with their wishes.

In a heartwarming gesture, Prince Harry made the birthday of his biggest fan extra special as he and Meghan Markle wrote a letter to her birthday. Daphne Dunne who recently turned 99 received a letter from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in honour of her birthday. Daphne is currently hospitalized due to some health issues and was surprised as soon as she learnt about the letter from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Apparently, Prince Harry's Australian friend emailed him about Daphne's 99th birthday and the Duke of Sussex was quick enough to reply to the email with a personal message on the official letterhead to his fan.
Dunne have met Prince Harry previously three times when we was in Australia and she his biggest fan since then. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wrote,
"Dear Daphne,
My wife and I send our warmest wishes to you on the occasion of your 99th birthday on Friday. We hope that you have a wonderful celebration surrounded by family and friends, and that you’ve managed to escape the hospital. Congratulations on reaching this important and impressive milestone before your centenary year next year. Happy birthday, Daphne.

Daphne met Prince Harry for the first time in 2015 near the Sydney Opera House. Daphne made headlines when she kissed the Duke of Sussex on the cheek that day. They met again in 2017. In 2018, Prince Harry met Daphne for the third time when he was on a royal tour in Australia with Meghan Markle. The Duke of Sussex introduced Meghan Markle to Daphne and the Duchess was equally delighted to meet her and even told her that hopefully the next time they see her, they will be with their little one.
