PHOTO: Tom Holland holds up a gun in FIRST look from his new movie with Avengers: Endgame directors
Tom Holland revealed his first look from his upcoming movie Cherry. The actor reunites with Avengers: Endgame directors Russo Brothers.
After taking a short break from social media, Tom Holland has made a comeback to Instagram and how! Fans of the British actor would remember Holland announced he was taking a break from social media to focus on his upcoming non-Marvel Cinematic Universe film with the Avengers: Endgame directors Russo Brothers. The film is titled Cherry. However, the Spider-Man: Far From Home actor returned to Instagram over the weekend and made up for his absence from the social media platform by sharing the first look from the movie.
The new picture makes it difficult for us to believe that it is indeed Holland. The still sees Holland pointing a gun towards the camera. He is sporting a dark grey jacket with what looks like a bouquet. The Avengers star sports the almost-bald hairdo which left fans in shock when the look first surfaced online. Holland is seen standing against a background, "Shitty Bank." Holland shared the picture with the caption, “No alarms. I’m a wanted man. They’ll kill me...”

Cherry revolves around an Army medic who returned from Iraq. He returned home with extreme undiagnosed PTSD. Based on the book by Nico Walker’s book with the same title, the author falls into opioid addiction and eventually robbed banks. He was caught and convicted in 2011. The film is set to release in 2020.
Apart from Cherry, Holland's next release is Onward. The actor has voiced one of the lead characters in the Disney movie. He reunites with Avengers: Infinity War co-star Chris Pratt.
