Nicki Minaj and husband Kenneth Petty who recently walked down the aisle debuted their extravagant wedding rings on Instagram. The rapper tied the knot with her 41-year-old husband on October 21 and in less than a year since they began dating. Nicki had been hinting at the possible wedding for a while now as she referred to Kenneth as "husband" on several occasions. The singer took to her Instagram to confirm she is married a few days ago and is showing off her bling in her latest Instagram post.
If you're thinking that Nicki's rock was a huge one, wait till you see Petty's diamond studded ring. As per report, Nicki's ring is a huge emerald-cut center stone ring surrounded by a pave band. Whereas for her husband, it is a thick band with five rows of oval-cut pave diamonds by a New York-based jeweler.
According to a report in TMZ, Nicki Minaj's husband Kenneth Petty handled the design, delivery and paid for it on his own. The report further revealed that the over-the-top diamond ring is valued at a staggering USD 1.1 million. The jeweler also revealed that Kenneth wanted a traditional wedding ring for Nicki -- nice diamonds and nothing too gaudy -- because he knows that's her style. Whereas for Kenneth's band it has the words "Ken & Barbie" customised on the inside of the ring.
