MTV VMAs 2019 nominations: Priyanka Chopra is PROUD of the Jonas Brothers after they bag four nods
With Sucker, Jonas Brothers announced to the world that they have reunited. Their quirky video helped Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas bag four nominations at the MTV Video Music Awards 2019. Here's how Priyanka Chopra reacted.
The MTV Video Music Awards nominations for 2019 were announced today. The nomination list included the best of music videos from the year gone by. Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande got the highest nods this year. Both the international pop singers bagged 10 nominations each. They were followed by Billie Eilish who bagged nine nominations and Lil Nas X with eight nods. The nominations list included four nods to the recently reunited Jonas Brothers. Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas revived Jonas Brothers and released a few songs. They restarted their band with Sucker, which featured each Jonas Brothers' wife.
The quirky video featured Danielle Jonas, Sophie Turner and Priyanka Chopra Jonas fangirling and joining their respective partners to put together a fun video. The video got everyone talking and as a result, the popular video bagged a nomination in the Video of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop categories. The band also bagged an Artist of the Year nomination.
Following the announcement, Priyanka Chopra Jonas couldn't stop herself from taking to social media and celebrating their nominations. The actress took to her Instagram Stories and shared the cover of Sucker and a picture from their promotions to give a shout out to the trio.
She wrote, "Couldn't be more proud of these guys #family" tagging her husband and her brothers-in-law. She urged fans to vote for the trio. Check out the song below:

The actress, who recently rang in her 37th birthday with hubby Nick, mother Madhu Chopra and cousin sister Parineeti Chopra, took to social media and wrote, "Hi everyone! Thank you so much for all the wonderful birthday messages and wishes... You have made my day extremely special. Sorry I haven't responded earlier, was taking a bit of a break from technology... But now I'm back and I just want to say THANK YOU ALL SOOOOO MUCH| I hope everyone feels as loved as I do."
