Men In Black: International actor Chris Hemsworth feels THIS Thor star can replace Daniel Craig as James Bond
Avengers: Endgame and Men In Black: International star Chris Hemsworth wouldn't mind playing the next James Bond. However, he says his Thor: Ragnarok co-star would be a better choice.
The million dollar question lately has been: Who will be the next James Bond? Although Bond 25 is in the making, everyone is curious to know who will replace Daniel Craig in the 007 series. It is no secret that Daniel is retiring from the Bond series after Bond 25. Many names have popped up. This included Avengers: Endgame actor Chris Hemsworth. The actor, who played Thor and is now part of the Men in Black franchise, was being considered for the role. While the actor is open to the possibility of filling Daniel's shoes, he feels one of his Thor: Ragnarok co-stars would do a better job.
Who is he talking about? Well, the actor recommends Idris Elba's name for the role. The Thor actor's name has been on everyone's mind ever since the talk about Daniel's replacement made headlines. Turns out, he has been Hemsworth's top choice as well. The actor, speaking with Variety, shared Elba would be apt as the James Bond.
“My vote would be Idris [Elba]. I think he’d give it a different sort of swagger, too, and each time someone new comes into the role, I think you’ve got to offer up something different,” he said.

A few months ago, rumours mills went wild claiming that the actor has been chosen to replace Daniel. Bond fans were preparing to welcome the announcement when Elba fueled these rumours with his tweet. He took to Twitter and wrote, "My name's Elba, Idris Elba". However, there has not been any confirmation about it yet.
