Meghan Markle's half sister Samantha Markle hits back: Definitely see a narcissistic personality disorder
Taking a dig at Meghan Markle and her statement over their relationship, estranged half sister Samantha Markle said that she "was a Markle" before the Duchess of Sussex.
Meghan Markle's estranged half sister is not laying low! Hours after additional footage from Meghan and Harry's chat with Oprah Winfrey was aired on CBS This Morning, Samantha Markle is hitting back at Meghan. For the unversed, when Oprah had asked Meghan what she thought about Samantha's "tell all" book titled The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister: A Memoir, Part One, she said, "I think it would be very hard to tell all when you don't know me."
Replying to her claims, Samantha told Inside Edition, "I don’t know how she can say, ‘I don’t know her’ and she was an only child. We’ve got photographs over a lifespan of us together. So how can she not know me?"
Meghan had also stated, "I grew up as an only child, which everyone who grew up around me knows. And I wished I'd had siblings. I would have loved to have siblings." Adding, "I mean, the last time I saw her must have been at least 18, 19 years ago and before that, 10 years before that. She changed her last name back to Markle.. I think she was in her early 50s at that time..only when I started dating Harry. So, I think that says enough."
Replying to Meghan's statement, Samantha said, "I was a Markle before she was. I thought that was kind of weird that she would say I only changed my name back when she met Harry. Markle has always been my name."
In another interview with an Australian radio show Fifi, Fev and Nick, Samantha said, "I definitely see a narcissistic personality disorder. I’m not diagnosing her. She needs to see a counselor. I feel sorry for Harry. She pulled him away from his family, all of his friends, the life that he knew. He reminds me of one of those kidnap victims who eventually starts to believe that their life was so horrible and they’re in love with their captor."
Referring to Meghan's revelation about her mental health, Samantha took a dig at her step sister and said, "Depression is not an excuse for treating people like dishrags and disposing of them."
