Meghan Markle and Prince Harry introduced to the world their first born -- Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor -- two days after his birth and the Duchess of Sussex won hearts for flaunting her baby bump. Meghan won hearts of women across the world for depicting a true picture of what a woman's body actually looks like post birth. And the Duchess of Sussex is now hoping that other mum's will also follow her lead. According to a latest report in Us Weekly, the new mom on the block wants to change perceptions.

According to a royal insider, Meghan, “wants to change the perception that you have to be skinny to be beautiful." The source revealed to the publication, "It’s not easy to lose the weight. But she’s happy to be a realistic example to new mothers." While Meghan is in no hurry to lose the post baby weight, the duchess definitely maintains a healthy balance of exercise and diet.

Her meals are plant-based combined with a good amount of yoga. The insider said, "Meghan does daily yoga and meditation in her equipped yoga studio at Frogmore. What she loves most about the practice is that it helps her switch off and wind down." The source also added that she has passed on a few of her yoga moves to Prince Harry as well.

Back in May, the Duchess of Sussex had made her appearance 48 hours after going in to labour and may we say Meghan simply looked radiant. Unlike Kate Middleton and Lady Diana, who addressed the media within 24 hours of delivery, Meghan took time to recover and kept it real.
