Leonardo DiCaprio REVEALS the moment he knew Once Upon A Time In Hollywood's Margot Robbie would be a star

Margot Robbie burst into the Hollywood scene when she played Leonardo DiCaprio's wife in Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street. Instantly, Margot became the one to look out for. Eventually, she would become an Oscar-nominated actress whose acting credits include Suicide Squad (2016), I, Tonya (2017) and Mary Queen of Scots (2018). Her recent release in Quentin Tarantino's ninth directorial, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. In the film, which also stars Leonardo and Brad Pitt, Margot plays late actress Sharon Tate, a Manson Family murder victim.

During an interview with The Sunday Project, DiCaprio got candid about the exact moment he knew that Margot was going to be a very successful star. It happened during Margot's audition where she slapped and threw water on Leo's face. "On The Wolf of Wall Street, seeing Margot come in and read that scene with me I just knew I was witnessing a dynamic presence in cinema that was about to be," the Oscar-winning actor gushed. Furthermore, Leonardo shared that Martin and he were blown away by how much Robbie gave to the scene and fought back. The actor-director duo immediately knew that Margot was "going to have an incredible career."

Meanwhile, speaking of Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, the cast has stated that the Quentin directorial is his ode to Hollywood and Los Angeles. Brad also shared that the movie is a confluence of all other Tarantino movies.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is slated to release in India on August 15, 2019, i.e. Independence Day 2019.
