Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby number four to arrive soon as surrogate goes into labour

Kourtney Kardashian spilled the beans about the expected arrival of her nephew while filming the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are all set to welcome their new born as sister Kourtney Kardashian revealed that Kim had rushed to the hospital. Kim had confirmed while speaking to Vogue at the Met Gala that their baby number four was not yet born after speculations were rife early this week that the couple had already welcomed their newborn son. Now, as per Kourtney's revelations on the Ellen De Generes show it won't be too long before Kim and Kanye announce the newest member of their family.

According to a report in E!News, Kourtney Kardashian spilled the beans about the expected arrival of her nephew while filming the Ellen DeGeneres Show. DeGeneres shared that Kim was supposed to be there, Kourtney explained that her sister had to rush to the hospital.

"My mom doesn't even know this but Kim's surrogate went into labour. So, she's at the hospital," Kourtney revealed. Kris, who was completely shocked by the news, said, "No! What are we doing here?! C'mon Ellen."

Kim and Kanye had announced in early January that they were expecting baby number four, a baby boy, via surrogacy. The couple are parents to three kids North West, Chicago West and Saint West. Kim recently had thrown a baby shower which was a CBD and meditation themed party. "Kim always wanted four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect," a source told E!News. Baby number four will be Kim and Kanye's second boy.
