Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Kevin Hart's friendship is one for the ages. Their onscreen rapport translates from their offscreen banter and we can't get enough of this unconventional duo, whose comedy chops are off the rocks! Currently, The Rock and Kevin are busy promoting their upcoming release, Jumanji: The Next Level. They were recently in Mexico for the global press tour of Jumanji: The Next Level as it marked the first work outing for Hart, post his deadly car crash in September in Mulholland Highway, Los Angeles.
Recently, Dwayne confirmed the news that there was finally a release date for Black Adam, which will see the former wrestler as a DC superhero. However, Kevin knows for a fact that Johnson will star in the Jaume Collet-Serra directorial on one condition only! While speaking to Entertainment Tonight about how his close friend is finally getting to play Black Adam, the 40-year-old actor quipped, "We've already discussed it. We talked about it earlier, so we’re finding that out. No matter what, he’s not going to do it and not put me in it. How selfish would that be?"
In response, Johnson stated to ET, "We’ve got to find the part for Kevin in Black Adam within the DC Universe."
