Just like rest of the Kardashian family members, Kanye West also made heads turn when he stepped out in Miami on Sunday. The rapper, who has recently embraced Christanity wholeheartedly, was snapped in a silver cape-like outfit. Dressed head-to-toe in silver, the rapper was unmissable and quite effortlessly managed to capture the paparazzi's eye. Well, there could be another reason for the same. Turns out, it was not only Kanye's striking outfit that drew attention but the rapper had even coloured his entire face with silver metallic paint.
That's right, Kanye took his onstage outfit to a whole other level as he was dripping in silver from head-to-toe including his fingers and face. The costume was part of his opera act titled 'Mary'. Not just Kanye, but his performers also wore matching robes and were head-to-toe in sparkling silver—even their faces and hands were coated in metallic paint. The rapper and the choir performed on a floating barge where they stood between sand-colored mounds and reenacted excerpts from the biblical books of Matthew and Luke, reported Pitchfork. The songs were a combination of Kanye's old songs as well as Christmas medleys.
The rapper, who recently released his gospel album Jesus Is King, was in Miami for Art Basel as well as to perform his opera 'Mary' at the Marine Stadium. Kanye created a stir few weeks ago when he proclaimed he was the "greatest artist that God has ever created."
