Jennifer Lopez returned as a host on Saturday Night Live and sent her fans into a tizzy as she sang, performed and starred in a funny sketch involving her fiance Alex Rodriguez. The 'Hustlers' star first appeared on stage in a full tuxedo and came out in style with her long hair flowing down over her shoulders. She lit up the room with her smile and began as the host. In her monologue, the 50-year-old star gushed about her fiance Alex Rogriguez and also mentioned her upcoming Super Bowl halftime gig.
Speaking about her engagement to Alex, Jennifer Lopez said, "I got what every girl from the Bronx dreams of: Getting proposed to by a Yankee." Lopez then went on to dish out her Christmas tunes and get in the festive spirit as she sang a cheerful rendition of 'Santa Claus Is Coming to Town'. The performance included dancers known as Rockettes, who danced with Lopez during the festive tune.
Towards the end of the song, Jennifer Lopez turned behind and disappeared on the stage only to make a dramatic entry in her iconic green Versace dress which she wore almost 20 years ago. It remains to be one of Jennifer Lopez's most celebrated looks. Lopez, whose Hustlers performance is being touted as an Oscar worthy one, also went on to star in a few sketches which included her fiance Alex Rodrigues.
