Harry Styles revealed that he took some mushrooms while making his upcoming album, Fine Line. The 25-year-old singer confessed that he waited for One Direction to end before experimenting with drugs. Read below to know why Harry made this decision.
It's been quite some time since Harry Styles and the rest of the members of One Direction went on an indefinite hiatus. Currently, the 1D members are busy focusing on their solo careers, with some already in the process of releasing their second solo albums like Harry and even Niall Horan. Harry recently revealed that his album will be titled Fine Line and that it releases on December 13, 2019. In an earlier conversation with Rolling Stone, Harry had made a shocking revelation that during the making of his upcoming album, he did mushrooms.
During his interview on New Music Daily with Zane Lowe, the 25-year-old singer spoke further about the making of his album and how it was a joyous journey. Harry and his friends were in Malibu where he felt safe and wanted to take some mushrooms because now was the time to have fun. "Like, we're in Malibu, 24.' I'm also in music," Harry commented. On what stopped him from experimenting in drugs during his One Direction days, the Watermelon Sugar singer revealed, "When I was in the band, it was like, to me, it felt like it was so much bigger than any of us that I kind of felt like, 'I'm not going to be the one who f***s it up,'"

"So I was like, 'Now is the time in my life when you probably go out and experiment and do this and you take this and you do that and that's what you do with your friends. And I was like, 'I'm not going to be the guy who f--king messes it up.' So, I was like, 'I'm not going to do any of that stuff,'" Harry shared.
