Kristen Stewart who is best known for her role of Bella Swan in the Twilight series turns a year older today. The popular actress has earned many accolades over the years including a César Award, making her the first ever American woman to win it. 

The actress was the highest-paid actress in the world in 2010 and 2012. She was born in Los Angeles to parents who worked in showbiz. She started her acting career as a child actor.

She later featured in many big-ticket movies such as Snow White and the Huntsman (2012), Camp X-Ray and Still Alice, Equals and Clouds of Sils Maria among others.
