Gossip Girl Reboot: Fans of the Upper East Siders are not showering XOXO; Check out their reactions

Be careful of what you say and where you'll be spotted for Gossip Girl is returning to keep a tab on the Upper East Siders. The popular television show is all set to make a return with a reboot. The iconic television drama show ran for six seasons before bowing down and revealing that Dan Humprey was the mind behind Gossip Girl. It has been revealed that HBO Max is planning on rebooting the show. The reboot will feature 10 hour-long episodes of the renowned pop show. It is still unknown if Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick would reprise their roles for the reboot. 

What is known is that the Gossip Girl reboot will take continue its legacy of keeping an eye on Manhattan's richest kids and shedding light on their dark and dirty secrets. We hope to see Blair Waldorf, Chuck Bass or Serena Van Der Woodsen return, even if its for a mere cameo in the new episodes. Whether they return or not, avid fans of the drama show are not happy with the reboot news. Many Gossip Girl viewers took to Twitter to express their unhappiness over the show's making a comeback.
