Gigi Hadid gets back to her ‘9 to 5’ job in crop top, 4 months after giving birth to baby Khai with Zayn Malik
Gigi Hadid recently shared a selfie, announcing that she’s getting back to her day job, just 4 months after welcoming baby Khai with boyfriend Zayn Malik.
Supermodel and new mom Gigi Hadid is back to her day job after welcoming baby girl Khai with Zayn Malik! The 25-year-old supermodel recently took to Instagram and shared a picture in a white crop top and pants and captioned the post--"workin 9-5." Given her caption, famous friends from the fraternity and fans commented with lyrics to Dolly Parton's famed "9 to 5" along with praise for the new parent. "Khai's mom," one comment read. Another complimented, "You look amazing."
Hadid also took to IG stories and told fans it's the "first @maybelline day of the year," suggesting she's working for the brand at the moment. The runway star has been associated with the brand since 2015.
If you missed it, just this month, Hadid revealed that she was pregnant during a runway show last year around this time. Hadid revealed that it was not until the day before the Tom Ford show, which took place in early February 2020, that she found out she was expecting with boyfriend Zayn Malik. "I was so nauseous backstage," she recalled on IG stories, "but I learned I could kinda control it if I continuously ate, so my mom would pack me snacks before each show bless."
While Gigi is notoriously private about Zayn and her daughter Khai, she does share a glimpse of her new parent life via social media every now and then. While answering fan questions on IG, Hadid once opened up on how motherhood has been to her. She said on Instagram in November, "A whole new kind of busy & tired." But, as she wrote to Malik on his 28th birthday, "Thank you for makin me a mamma to the best girl ever."
