The popular television show Game of Thrones is back with its eighth and final season. The first two episodes of the show have already made the GOT fans go into a frenzy with the intriguing dialogues and emotional reunions. Now that the first two episodes are out, fans are coming up with their own theories regarding what is going to happen in the upcoming episodes of the show. One of the best theories related to the show is given by the users on Reddit. This theory is related to one of the biggest upcoming battles coming up in Game of Thrones.

According to this theory, the Night King is going to attack King's Landing instead of Winterfell in the upcoming episode. This is because at the end of the second episode of the final season, it is shown that the Night King is missing from the battleground where he should have been gearing up for battle against Jon Snow and his squad in Winterfell. We can clearly see that instead of him, his henchmen were waiting there along with their horses to take a charge on Winterfell. So, it becomes quite evident that the Night King is not in a mood to fight the two dragons or the other people in Winterfell.

Instead, he will ride along with his dragon to King's Landing first and destroy everyone there. If this theory comes true, then it is going to become one of the most unexpected twists in the tale in the entire history of Game of Thrones. The final season of Game of Thrones was premiered on April 14, 2019 and has received tremendous response from the audiences.
