Game of Thrones Season 8: Is this how Cersei Lannister is going to die?

"I drink wine and know things," claims everyone's guaranteed favourite Game of Thrones character Tyrion Lannister. If there is another thing we know about Tyrion, it's his hatred for his sister Cersei Lannister and vice versa. However, Tyrion truly believed Cersei when she said that she would send her army to help Jon Snow defeat The Night King. Upon Jamie Lannister's arrival at Winterfell, his hope was crushed. The good news was that thanks to some assistance from Ser Brienne of Tarth, Jamie was pardoned by the punishing wrath of Daenerys Targaryen.

While talking about how he wanted to die at the age of 80 peacefully in his bed, Tyrion laments to Jamie, "At least, Cersei won't get to murder me. I'm sure I'll feel some satisfaction denying her that pleasure while I'm being ripped apart by dead men." However, it was his next line which we found even more intriguing. "Maybe after I'm dead I'll march down to King's Landing and rip her apart," Tyrion quipped with a smile. Is there more than meets the eye?!

Besides The Night King, Cersei Lannister is on the hit list of many but if there is THE ONE who is now going to be after her blood, it's Tyrion. Especially, after she tricked him with the truth about her baby just to cajole him into trusting her. So, would Tyrion's quipped words in passing be a foreshadowing of how Cersei was going to die and abandon the Iron Throne? We will have to wait some more to find out.
