Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3 Promo: The Night King arrives at Winterfell for the battle

"The most heroic thing we can do now is look the truth in the face," proclaims Sansa Stark as the North prepares for the battle against The Night King and his army of the dead. The first two episodes of Game of Thrones Season 8 was a precursor for the war to come and episode 3 is going to be a crazy and violent roller coaster journey, indeed! We can expect many to not weather the storm of The Night King but the major question is who will survive?

Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3's promo is out now and we get glimpses of the much-awaited battle between Jon Snow's army and The Night King's dead army. Setting aside the differences, the characters we have come to know and love for the past decade will align together to defeat the villain. The tension between Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen is palpable as the latter finds out about Jon's true Targaryen heritage in episode 2. While Jon states, "The Night King is coming," Dany states, "The dead are already here." We also get tiny captures of Tyrion Lannister, Sansa Stark, Arya Stark, Ser Brienne of Tarth, Theon Greyjoy, Jorah Mormont, Grey Worm and The Hound as they fight for the living. "Stand your grounds," yells a brave Ser Brienne which will instantly give you goosebumps. MIA is Jamie Lannister.
