Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 2: Fans are going gaga over the Jaime, Brienne and Tormund love triangle
The second episode of the final season of the show, Game of Thrones aired today and fans are still reeling over the brilliance of the episode which saw so many major twists and reunions. But the show also had some light moments and one of them was the love triangle between Jaime Lannister, Brienne of Tarth and Tormund Giantsbane with the fans cannot stop praising it.
The final season of Game of Thrones is finally here and after the magnificence of the first episode, fans were surely left wanting for more. The second episode of the show aired today and the fans were left stunned with the episode paving the way for many important events, reunions and incidents. But one of the major show stealer was the lovely reunion between Jaime Lannister and Brienne Of Tarth. The duo are the favourites of the GoT fandom and the fans were overjoyed by seeing the beautiful chemistry between them.
But what added to their moments was the addition of the hilarious love triangle between Jaime Lannister and Tormund Giantsbane over Brienne of Tarth. Tormund Giantsbane was always smitten by Brienne from the moment he saw her. His infatuation with her truly added some light moments in the show. Well, the episode saw some real fun moments when Tormund could be seen getting a little insecure with Brienne’s closeness to Jaime. Fans cannot stop praising all the Jaime, Brienne and Tormund moments from the episode.
One of the most funniest parts of the show was when Tormund brags about his chivalry and bravery before Jaime while trying to intimidate him in front of Brienne. Fans are coming up with some epic memes and reactions after the episode. Not to forget, the scene where Jaime made Brienne the knight is also being touted as one of the best scenes of the episode. The second episode also had many other highlights like Arya Stark and Gendry finally hooking up and Jon Snow revealing his parentage to Daenerys Targaryen.
