Game of Thrones: Richard Madden's throwback photo with Kit Harington and Alfie Allen is all things love
Richard Madden, who starred as Robb Stark in Game of Thrones, took to Instagram to share an adorable throwback photo with co-stars Kit Harington and Alfie Allen. The picture was taken during the first read-through of GOT season 1 episode 1.
Game of Thrones is coming to a bittersweet end soon as season 8 is currently underway. This week saw the premiere episode featuring the likes of our favourite characters like Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen. However, there are some who we lost along the way but are still close to our heart. One such character whose loss is felt even now is Robb Stark, played by Golden Globe winner Richard Madden. Robb's arc in the show got over in season 3 when he was killed during the Red Wedding, but Richard still shares a close equation with the rest of the cast.
To commemorate the beginning of season 8 of GoT, Richard took to Instagram to share a throwback photo from the read-through of season 1 episode 1. The picture sees a young Richard posing with his castmates Kit Harington aka Jon Snow and Alfie Allen aka Theon Greyjoy. It was clicked a decade ago and we can't get over the handsome fellas. Richard captioned the photo as, "#TBT This is Kit, Alfie and I after our first read-through of S1 Ep1 of Game of Thrones about 10 years ago. KIDZ."

Meanwhile, Richard is amongst the esteemed celebrities to find a spot in Time's 100 Most Influential People 2019. The actor was a revelation in the Netflix series Bodyguard and will next be seen in Elton John's biopic Rocketman also starring Taron Edgerton. Rocketman is slated to release on May 6, 2019.
