Game of Thrones: Richard Madden aka Robb Stark says GOT cast deserves a medal, FIND OUT WHY
Richard Madden got candid about his journey as Robb Stark in Game of Thrones. The actor also spoke about why he thinks the GOT cast deserves a medal. Read more about what Richard had to say below.
Back in 2012, an upcoming Scottish actor named Richard Madden got his big break when he starred in David Benioff and D.B. Weiss' series, Game of Thrones. Richard played Robb Stark, Ned Stark's eldest son and the King in the North. In season 3, during the Red Wedding, Robb was brutally killed and hence, after a five-year journey, Richard had to bid farewell to GOT. Since then, the actor has achieved mainstream success in movies like Cinderella (2015) and the surprise hit series, Bodyguard, which won him his first Golden Globe award.
During Variety's series, Actor on Actor, along with Sharper Objects' Amy Adams, Madden went down memory lane and spoke about his time on the show, since Game of Thrones aired its last episode ever, this week. "I had the best time. It helped me so much with my career and my experience. I learned a lot just from shooting 30 hours of television, I really started to learn my trade doing that," Richard told Amy.
