The Eternals: Angelina Jolie REVEALS her kids' reaction to the actress being in a Marvel movie
Angelina Jolie's six kids, with ex Brad Pitt, are ecstatic that their mother is going to be starring in a Marvel movie. The actress will be seen as Thena in The Eternals, which also stars Richard Madden as Ikaris.
One of the biggest takeaways from the Marvel Studios Hall H panel at San Diego Comic Con 2019 was that Angelina Jolie would be entering the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) as Thena in The Eternals. For the uninitiated, The Eternals are a race of immortal aliens sent to Earth by the celestials to protect humankind. Along with Angelina, The Eternals also stars Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek, Lia McHugh and Don Lee in pivotal roles.
While speaking to People about The Eternals, Angelina was quizzed about her six children's reaction to the actress starring in her first Marvel movie. Jolie and ex Brad Pitt have six kids - Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. "What’s really moving to me is that they want to see me strong, and so it’s less to see me in a film, but they’re just happy I will be strong and having fun," Angelina revealed.
