Hollywood’s latest “IT” couple, Emma Stone and Dave McCary, who surprised the world by announcing their engagement earlier this month, stepped out for their first public appearance after David popped the big question and Emma said yes! The two attended the Saturday Night Live after-party on Sunday in New York City. The actress looked completely smitten as she arrived at the venue with her to-be-husband hand in hand. The actress also flashed her massive diamond ring as she got photographed by paparazzi.
All rugged up in her chick blue coat and boots, Emma (31) had a big smile on her face and looked blissfully happy with the Saturday Night Live segment producer, who was dressed in a denim coat, dark sweater and pants. Needless to say, her pear ring stood out. The two finally made their relationship official after dating for about two years straight. Until very recently, the couple had been very secretive and private about their relationship. While Emma has won multiple prestigious awards, including an Oscar for La La land, Dave (34) has won Emmys for his contribution in producing SNL.
Although the two hadn’t made their relationship public, according to a report by People, the two had started taking their future together very seriously way before they decided to let the world know about it. An insider had previously told People that the couple has got a home together in Malibu and that they are a great match. The source also mentioned that Dave is creative and funny, and the two share the same sense of adventure. Before dating Dave, Emma was dating her Amazing Spider-Man co-star Andrew Garfield.
