Unless you're living under the rock or are Donald Trump, you would know that Earth and Earth-lings has been tackling the problems of global warming. From changing weather conditions to dying animals, reports have been making the headlines informing us of the heartbreaking impact global warming has had on Earth. While there are several things that organisations are doing to make a difference, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Adam Levine, Miley Cyrus and many others have joined Lil Dicky to make a song titled Earth.
The song sees the slew of international artists such as Halsey, Zac Brown, Brendon Urie, Hailee Steinfeld, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Kevin Hart, Shawn Mendes, Charlie Puth, SIA, Lil Jon, Rita Ora, Miguel, Katy Perry, Lil Yachty, Ed Sheeran, Meghan Trainor, Joel Embiid, Tory Lanez, John Legend, Backstreet Boys, Bad Bunny, Psy, Kris Wu have come together to join hands and make a powerful video which will make an impact on the millennial generation. The animated video kicks off featuring the animals from the jungle, oozing the Madagascar vibe in it. Every animal gives an introduction, informing the viewer that they live on the Earth, before Kanye West makes an appearance.
The video shows the under-waters to explore the underwater world and visits a few Wonders of the World. The song then sees Lil Dicky giving a reality check about the pollution, the inhumanity and more before he advises everyone to just chill, respect what man has built. He cites the example of Leonardo Di Caprio, who has been working towards conserving the Earth. The video has Leo making a special appearance as well. We agree with you Lil Dicky!
