When it comes to Hobbs & Shaw's global box-office numbers, Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham starrer has crossed the $220 million mark at the global box-office and counting. While they aren't spectacular numbers, it's quite a start for The Fast & the Furious franchise's first spin-off movie. However, Tyrese Gibson threw major shade at The Rock over Hobbs & Shaw's box-office numbers in a now-deleted Instagram post. The Rock and Vin Diesel's rivalry is something F&F fans are well versed of but Tyrese had added fuel to the fire then when he blamed Dwayne for Fast & Furious 9's delayed release date.

"Breaking up the family clearly doesn’t have the value that one would assume it does … You know what maybe just maybe … The Rock and the crew will come dance with us again for #Fast10," Tyrese wrote in his long post. While The Rock has not come out publicly and spoken about Tyrese's comments, Johnson took to Twitter to thank everyone for the box-office love. Dwayne tweeted, "Thanks so much everyone! Like AntMan’s success from the Avengers - ya never know how these smaller movies splinter off from their big franchises, so this win was a big one for us."

Black Superman meets his kryptonite. A huge mahalo to my brother-in-arms (literally) @idriselba for his 100% commitment to his role as the one and only, Brixton aka The Black Superman. He’s enormously talented as an actor, became a great partner to me in building out our franchise and more importantly, he’s a good quality dude. Until our next dance - I’ll see you down the road, brother. Respect HOBBS & SHAW #BlackSuperman @hhgarcia41
