They also continue to keep their much-in love pictures on their Instagram accounts. As per latest reports, the couple's relationship got 'super heavy' and has been like this since a while.
A source told People that their friends and co-stars are not surprised with the breakup. "Their friends didn’t really expect them to last in the long-run. At the end of the day, their personalities are very different and their lifestyles often clashed," the source revealed.
The insider also added, “Things have felt super heavy in the relationship for a while, and it got to be too much. They’re both very professional though and trying to be as amicable and friendly as possible." Cole and Lili's friendly equation was on display at the San Diego Comic-Con which they attended with the rest of the cast.
However, reports suggested that the two lovebirds kept their distance at the Entertainment Weekly Comic-Con party on Saturday. They both mingled with Riverdale's cast at different times, but were rarely seen together. The report adds that the Suite Life of Zack and Cody star was also overheard telling someone at the party that he and Lili have separated.
Cole and Lili have been a couple since the last two years after they first sparked off rumours in July 2017. Their mushy social media PDA was a treat for their fans who adored them as a couple.
