Former lovers Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have gone their separate ways after the divorce was finalised earlier this month. But looks like the former husband and wife still have a few tiny details to iron out. For the unversed, Channing and Jenna split last year and filed for divorce soon after. However, they have maintained a cordial relationship and share joint legal and physical custody of their 6-year-old daughter Everly. Now, latest reports suggest that Channing Tatum has filed a fresh legal document and requested the court to sort out the custody arrangements.
According to a report in E!News, The Vow actor requested the court to issue orders in regard to child custody and visitation of their 6-year-old daughter Everly. According to the legal documents, Tatum and Jenna already have a set schedule for Everly's summer holidays but need to hash out rest of the holidays during the year.
Channing Tatum, as per reports, wants an agreement to be set in place for traveling with Everly, taking her out of school and fairly spending holidays which include Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Spring Break and birthdays majorly. The legal document read, "Over the past six months, it has become evident to me that a clear and specific holiday schedule is necessary and important. We both need to be able to make plans during our respective custodial times, particularly during the holidays, and having a set schedule will allow us to do that," Tatum declared.
