Channing Tatum is famous for his portrayal of Duke in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra and not being able to a Gambit movie till now is going to step in the field of Direction. According to Deadline, the actor is going to co-direct his next project in which he is going to star in also. The film is a comedy one and is circled a road-trip. Reid Carolin is going to direct this one and will help his co-director Channing finding his feet in his directorial debut.

The film is based on the life of an Army Ranger who goes on a road-trip with his dog to attend a funeral. Also, it has been revealed that the name of the dog is going to be ‘Lulu’ in the movie and will be a Belgian Malinois. Not many people know this fact about Malinois that they are extremely intelligent and are used by the military in their operations.


The script of the film has been written by Carolin, Channing and Brett Rodriguez. The principal photography of the film is expected to kick-start in the spring of 2020. A lot of industry analysts have put their faith in this film because of its unique plot. Channing Tatum last appeared in the movie Kingsman: The Golden Circle. The actor has given voice to the character of Migo in Smallfoot and then for Superman in The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part.
