Rapper Cardi B is undoubtedly one of the best in the business. That's why it came as a shocker to many fans when she postponed her shows last month. However, the rapper revealed on social media that she had to recover from her plastic surgeries and could not perform until the doctors had cleared her for it. Cardi B is now back in action and performed at the 2019 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in US' Tennessee.
As much as fans were excited to watch the rapper live, so was Cardi B to live it up. However, a wardrobe malfunction on stage while performing held back the star. But only for a brief period of time. Cardi B was donning a colourful sparkly jumpsuit which ripped from the back after she was a few minutes into her stage act.
After realising the malfunction, Cardi told the crowd, "I just wanna let y'all know that my outfit rip," as per local reports. She continued to perform and headed backstage after a while for a wardrobe change. But the second outfit took fans by surprise as the rapper emerged in a bathrobe.
Unfazed by the wardrobe malfunction, Cardi told the audience, "We gonna keep it moving, baby. We gonna keep it sexy. I don't know how in this robe, but we gonna do it!" Twitter was all praise for the rapper who continued performing despite a malfunction. Videos on social media from the music festival show the crowd cheering for Cardi as she performed in her cozy new robe.
