Camila Cabello confirms breakup with Matthew Hussey, urges her fans to be kind to her ex boyfriend
Camila Cabello and Matthew Hussey have broken up after dating for 18 months. The Señorita singer confirmed the news via a heartfelt post on Instagram when she urged her fans to be kind to her ex-boyfriend.
Camila Cabello and Mathew Hussey's breakup reports came in flooding yesterday and it was indeed, shocking to hear. After 18 months of dating, the couple called it quits, two weeks ago while the breakup news came only yesterday. According to The Sun, the sparks between the pair officially fizzled and hence they parted ways, amicably. The breakup came in recent light of the sexy Señorita music video with close friend Shawn Mendes, which has raised suspicion and some fans are instead, hitting back at Matthew via social media.
Indirectly confirming her breakup is Camila herself through an Instagram story. Cabello started, "To my fans, if you really love me, please do not send people I love and care about hateful things. You doing that really hurts me, and it's so unnecessary and heavy and damaging to add more pain to pain." The singer further spoke about how there is a real person behind their tweets and when they spam with hateful, insensitive and not funny comments, it's causing her and the ones close to her real pain and also doesn't reflect on the values that she talks about.

"Please be kind and compassionate and sensitive and respectful. I know you love me, but anyone that's doing that is really not even respecting the sacred things in my life. The people I love and care about is one of them," Camila added. Cabello concluded by stating that she would appreciate it if the fans would delete any mean comments that they may have written and to be please be kind by leaving it alone.
