Black Widow, The Eternals: Here's what you can expect from the MCU if they appear at Comic Con's Hall H
This year at San Diego Comic-Con 2019, we might finally get answers to what the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) has in store for us post Avengers: Endgame. Read below for all possibilities, from Black Widow's standalone film to The Eternals.
In 2008, the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) was formally introduced with Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man. What we got was a beautiful decade-long journey with our favourite Marvel superheroes. With Avengers: Endgame, we said goodbye to some of these heroes. Now, we have Phase 4 to look forward to with the first film being Spider-Man: Far From Home, which looks into the after-effects of Avengers: Endgame. While we are aware of some movies and television series that can be expected, we still have no confirmation for MCU's lineup for the next few years.
However, at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 this year, we may finally get some answers. While it's not been confirmed if the MCU will have space reserved at Comic-Con's Hall H, here are some things we can expect. Firstly, there is the highly anticipated Black Widow standalone film starring the one and only Scarlett Johansson. Directed by Cate Shortland, Scarlett has already begun shooting for Black Widow in Norway. We won't be surprised if some footage or a teaser makes its way at Comic-Con in July 2019.

Then, there is Chloe Zhao's The Eternals which seems to be jam-packed with big stars like Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, Keanu Reeves, Ma Dong-Seok and Kumail Nanjiani. The cast is speculative for now and at Hall H, we may get a formal introduction to them, as we got for Avengers (2012). Other possibilities include Scott Derrickson’s Doctor Strange 2 and Destin Daniel Cretton’s Shang-Chi.
We can't forget the series lineups, with shows on Loki, Winter Soldier, Falcon, Scarlet Witch and Vision, in the works. There is also the confirmation of the Hawkeye series, which is still pending.
