Emma Watson is a role model for many girls. She is a feminist and isn’t afraid to say what she feels is right. Watson got famous by featuring in The Harry Potter film series and before that she only acted in school plays. Emma Watson was one of the highest paid actress of the 2000s. She took a break from working on film projects to continue her education. She graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor's degree in English literature in May 2014. 

Emma Watson was honoured by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts in 2014 and was given the British Artist of the Year. The same year, she was appointed as the UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and she even helped launch the UN Women campaign HeForShe, which calls for men to advocate gender equality. Casting agents found Watson through her Oxford theatre teacher and producers were impressed by her confidence.

Emma Watson had refused to wear a corset during filming as it promoted the wrong idea of female beauty. So, the costume designer had to get creative which resulted in an amazing yellow ball gown.

3] The Perks of Being a Wallflower

The movie revolves around an introvert freshman who befriends two seniors who welcome him to the real world. 

4] Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban 

The film was nominated for two Academy Awards, Best Original Music Score and Best Visual Effects at the 77th Academy Awards in 2004. Prisoner of Azkaban grossed a total of USD 796.9 million worldwide, making it the second highest-grossing film of 2004. It is regarded as one of the best movies in the film series.

5] Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow: Part 1

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow Part 1 and part 2 were filmed back to back from February 2009 to June 2010. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 was nominated for Best Art Direction and Best Visual Effects at the 83rd Academy Awards. It is the second film in the Harry Potter film series to be nominated for a Visual Effects Oscar.
