The Batman: 'Nervous' Robert Pattinson REACTS to Christian Bale's Batsuit advice; Deets Inside
Robert Pattinson is spilling the beans on The Batman. The actor recently confessed he was nervous about the role and shared his thoughts on Christian Bale's advice for him.
Let's face it, anyone who has donned the Batman cape on the big screen has experienced a sense of pressure to do a better job than the previous Batman actor. Be it Ben Affleck or even Christian Bale. Robert Pattinson is no different. The Lighthouse actor has been signed on to continue the legacy of Batman on the big screen. Pattinson will be seen donning the Batsuit in Matt Reeves' The Batman. While there is time before the actor walks on to the sets and starts filming, he recently confessed he is nervous about the role.
Speaking to Extra TV, the actor revealed that he is feeling the nerves and there are possibilities he could get more and more anxious as the filming date draws closer. "I always get nervous doing everything, but I’m still a little way out. I’m sure as it gets closer I’ll be panicking and panicking, but now is the fun bit where you can kind of just be about thinking about doing some stuff," he said.
Pattinson also reflected upon the advice former Batman actor Bale had given him recently. For the unversed, Bale had asked Pattinson to find a way to pee through the Batsuit. Sharing his thoughts on the advice, Pattinson said, "advice taken."
Previously, in a chat with BBC, Pattinson said he would want his Batman to be different from the previous Batmans portrayed on the big screen. He confessed he would want his version of Batman to be more "frightening."
