The month of June has been celebrated as the Pride Month by the LGBTQ community since a long period of time. Recently, another topic has emerged on social media which happens to be 'straight pride.' This particular topic came up when three individuals decided to have an event on their own in Boston. Many people have found this topic of straight pride to be quite ridiculous and have also voiced their opinions regarding the same.
Chris Evans, who plays the role of Steve Rogers aka Captain America in Avengers: Endgame recently took to social media in order to share his opinions about this whole notion of straight pride. The actor, in his tweet has completely denounced this newly emerged topic. The Marvel actor writes, “Wow! Cool initiative, fellas!! Just a thought, instead of ‘Straight Pride’ parade, how about this: The ‘desperately trying to bury our own gay thoughts by being homophobic because no one taught us how to access our emotions as children’ parade? Whatta ya think? Too on the nose??"

The actor played the role of Captain America for the last time in the movie Avengers: Endgame which made his fans emotional about the same.
