Right now, all everyone is talking about is Avengers: Endgame. The MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) film which marks the culmination of a decade-long journey focuses majorly on the OG 6 members (Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye) and their tryst to do whatever it takes, to avenge the fallen. The latest entrant to the Avengers is Captain Marvel, played by Brie Larson. MCU's first female superhero standalone film Captain Marvel has already crossed the $1 billion mark. Carol Danvers plays a key role in the Avengers' attempt to defeat Thanos.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Brie got candid about diversity and representation and how Marvel needs to move faster with LGBTQ representation. "That breaks my heart to hear that because there’s no reason. I don’t understand how you could think that a certain type of person isn’t allowed to be a superhero. So to me, it’s like, we gotta move faster. But I’m always wanting to move faster with this stuff," the Oscar winner stated.
