Avengers: Endgame re release: Iron Man's teenage daughter, Thor kissing Valkyrie & other scenes we wish to see

Avengers: Endgame is set to re-release this weekend. The movie, whose original version is still running in theatres, is getting an upgrade this weekend. The new version promises to showcase some new footage. The makers took to social media to confirm the new additions to the 2019 blockbuster. This includes a new introduction from director Anthony Russo, a sneak peek at Spider-Man: Far From Home releasing next week and "an unfinished deleted scene." While the other two revelations have us pumped, it is the deleted scene that has caught our attention. Previous reports teased the possibility of a deleted scene featuring the Hulk. But no word on that has been revealed by the makers. 

Given that they are keeping the details of the deleted scene under the wraps, we are leaving the door open hoping anything could happen. Over the past few weeks, makers have spilled the beans on the various scenes that were planned but cut off from the final movie. They shared several ideas that were a part of the Marvel movie and elaborated on each scene. With the re-release, we decided to pick three unfeatured moments shared by the Russo Brothers that we wish to see in the Avengers: Endgame re-released version. Here's our list: 

Iron Man's teenage daughter: 

It was previously reported that 13 Reasons Why star Katherine Langford was roped in to play Tony Stark's teenage daughter. It was initially planned that Tony will cross paths with the young Morgan in a metaphysical world. But the Russo Brothers had to chop the scene off as the scene did not sit well with the test audience. With the internet going "I love you 3000," we wouldn't mind sobbing our heart out as we watch Tony and teenage Morgan cross paths. 

Thor and Valkyrie's awkward kiss: 

We shipped Thor and Valkyrie in Thor: Ragnarok. We wished something would happen between the God of Thunder and the new Queen of Asgard in Avengers: Endgame. Turns out, something almost happened between the two but unfortunately, it did not make the final cut. Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Anthony Russo revealed, "If you remember at the end of the film where Thor is saying goodbye to Valkyrie, he's basically turning over Asgard to her… He had this beat where Valkyrie... she puts her arm on his shoulder. And [Thor] sort of starts to lean in for a kiss, and she goes, 'What are you doing?' And he goes, 'Oh, I thought that the touch–', and she's like, 'It's a goodbye tap I'm giving you'. It was a really funny beat, but we cut it."

Smart Hulk: 

We are betting that this scene is probably going to feature in the Avengers: Endgame re-release. It was revealed that the movie featured the sequence wherein Bruce becomes Professor Hulk. Co-writer Christopher Markus said, “There was a time when Banner became Smart Hulk in the first movie. It was a lot of fun, but it came at the wrong moment. It was an up, right when everyone else was down.”
