Avengers: Endgame: Just like Tom Holland, Mark Ruffalo thought they were filming a wedding sequence
Now that it has been more than a month since the release of Avengers: Endgame, Mark Ruffalo and others took to Twitter to share photos and videos from the funeral sequence. The Oscar-nominated actor revealed that he thought he was shooting for a wedding sequence.
*Spoilers Alert* Avengers: Endgame saw one of the most heartbreaking deaths in MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) history as we had to bid farewell to Mr. Tony Stark aka Iron Man. The superhero sacrificed his life to put an end to Thanos and bring back the ones lost during Avengers: Infinity War (2018). What was even more gut-wrenching was his funeral scene which had everyone in attendance; from the remaining OG 6 Avengers to Spider-Man and Doctor Strange, amongst others.
It's been more than a month since Avengers: Endgame released and the cast is going all out with providing millions of fans with amazing behind-the-scenes photos and videos from the sets of the MCU film. Initially, the cast had shared content from the final battle sequence and now, they are sharing stuff on Twitter from the funeral scenes, which had most of the cast, yet again. Mark Ruffalo shared some lovely photos, majorly featuring Chris Hemsworth aka Thor. Check out Mark's tweet below:
Mark also made a revelation that like Tom Holland, he too was misinformed that the sequence being shot was a wedding scene. "We’re filming a wedding, they said. #TBT #AvengersEndgame," Ruffalo tweeted.
