Avengers: Endgame brought an end to several story arcs. The Marvel Studios movie which released in April revealed the fate of the original Avengers. We learned that Scarlett Johannson's Black Widow dies. Thor crowns Valkyrie as the Queen of Asgard and leaves Earth with Guardians of the Galaxy. Captain America decides to live in the past. While these alterations left fans in shock, several couldn't come to terms with Iron Man's fate. While it was speculated that Tony Stark will die in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, but it still came as a shock to everyone. Fans were sobbing while they watched Pepper Potts' farewell to Stark.

While it was a moving scene, a fan is not happy the way Iron Man's arc came to an end. As a result, a petition against it has been created. The petition demands that the character's fate is changed. The petition has been filed by a user named Méline LOISEAU on change.org.

The text argues that Stark deserved to watch his daughter grow up. The recent events have left fellow Avengers distraught and lost. "MCU’s Tony deserves to come back fully alive. Tony Stark was always ready to risk his life, suffer, and sacrifice himself for anyone, without ever receiving anything in return. Since the beginning, since he was a kid. He can never be happy, and when he finally got what he always wanted, and deserved, his wife, his daughter, his family.. he died. He didn’t deserve this and it’s not fair, after everything he’s been through, and done for everyone, he deserves to live and see his daughter grow up," the description reads.

The petition has over 18,000 signatures. What do you think about the petition? Let us know your thoughts in the comments sections below.
