Avengers: Endgame: Deleted Captain America, Iron Man & Thor scenes will leave you chanting, "I love you 3000"
Avengers: Endgame released online in the US a few days ago. Along with the home release, Marvel Studio also released the deleted scenes featuring Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth.
Avengers: Endgame has released online. No prizes for guessing that we will probably watch it about 3000 times for the rest of our lives. The Marvel superhero movie stars all the core and recently added Marvel Cinematic Universe superheroes. From Iron Man, Captain America, Thor to Doctor Strange, Black Panther and Guardians of the Galaxy. Now, if we weren't happy enough that the movie made its way online, the Russo Brothers and Marvel Studios released a bunch of featurettes with the online release. This includes deleted scenes as well.
It is not news for avid MCU fans that the directors chop off a couple of scenes on the editing table to make the movie crisper. However, these scenes make their way as extra features of an online release and DVD release. With Avengers: Endgame's home release, Joe and Anthony Russo have rolled out six deleted scenes. These scenes feature mostly the core Avengers.
One of the deleted scenes was released by the studio days before the home release. We are talking about the Avengers bending the knee as a sign of respect for Iron Man aka Tony Stark. Damn, just writing about it is tearing us up! The scene took the internet by storm and left everyone sobbing. Apart from that, the studio released another scene featuring Tony and Pepper Potts. The duo have a light-hearted argument like married couples do before he heads out to call his daughter.
Another scene includes Captain America and War Machine discussing Steve's life before he was found in the bottom of the ocean. The interaction sees War Machine ask a hilarious but valid question: Why did Captain America not jump out of the plane before it crashed? Another scene sees Thor and Rocket Raccoon in Asgard.
