Amid breakup rumours, Bella Hadid and The Weeknd are reportedly trying to work things out
Bella Hadid and The Weeknd broke up for the second time due to their work and conflicting travel schedules, international media reported.
Bella Hadid and The Weeknd's breakup rumours sent fans into a tizzy after TMZ and E!News both reported it yesterday. Sources informed the news outlets that due to their work and conflicting travel schedules, the couple had broken up for the second time. For the uninitiated, the supermodel and the three-time Grammy Award winner first started dating in 2015, during Coachella. They split towards the end of 2015 but then reconciled in February 2016. After their second split, Weeknd started a relationship with Selena Gomez. But, that didn't last very long and Abel went back to Bella in 2018.
Now, a latest report suggests that it's quite likely that Weeknd and Bella will get back with each other. "They hope to get back together at one point but for now are focusing on themselves and their projects," an E!News source said. The source went on to add that the couple are trying to make things work out.
"They are working through things like normal couples do. The couple travels a lot, works a lot and that often creates tension. However, the two love one another, have lost one another in the past and want to try and make it work. Right now they are together and working on keeping it that way," the source added.
The news of Bella and Weeknd separating came as a surprise since the two seemed to be going strong. After patching up in 2018, it seemed as though the couple was back and stronger than ever because not only did they move in together, but wedding rumours became rife by the end of 2018 as well.
