A recent show, that boasted of big names in the guest list surely grabbed a lot of eyeballs from the audience and media. The red carpet was flooded with paparazzi who didn't want to miss out a single frame from the happening event.
The who's who from Bollywood graced the event, solely for the reason that they were winning an award in some not-so-memorable categories. But more than the awards, what set the tongues wagging was the evident cold war between an actress and her in-laws, despite them sharing the same table and sitting 'together'. She refused to share the limelight on the red carpet, fearing all the attention would be given to the family's young kid, who stepped out for the papz first time officially. And even the kid's mother was relieved since it would have been a little too much to pose happily despite knowing the insecurities!
Not just that, but a source in the know also told us that the actress was annoyed that she didn't feature on the much-hyped cover that features the women from her family! But the source insists that the actress should have expected to be kept aside, given that the family's singular goal is to cheer for the budding star kid, who is the focus of the issue's cover story. Given that the magazine's fashion director is good friends with the actress, she made up for the loss by awarding the lady for her unmatched beauty.
Amidst this familial politics, we are just glad the way the actress' husband kept away from the controversy! If he was present at the event, we wonder which side he would pick up!
