This recently released film starring a young actor known for his fitness fervour, had his mother come to his rescue when the project's budget hit the roof. Word is that the star mum took keen interest in the project from day one. She was considered as one of the producers, though not officially.

Towards the fag end, when the makers realised funds were depleting, mommy dearest put in some of the family's reserves. Like any mum, who would want the best for her sonny boy, she did her bit. Though they had high expectations from the film, it proved to be a dud at the box office.
