Our actors groom their bodies to perception, but a crash course in etiquette is hugely needed too. An overly bubbly female actor (honestly, we're going to offer her a tranquiliser next time we see her) recently attended an event organised by the police.
Our lady walked up to a senior sleuth and hugged him, not paying heed to the formal namastes the others were offering. The gent could barely contain himself, and asked her not to behave in this manner in public. To which missy just giggled and pirouetted off.
